Kate Wilkinson MCSP
Kate qualified as a physiotherapist in 1986 from Teesside Polytechnic, since qualifying Kate has worked both within the NHS and private sector. During this time she has worked across a variety of settings, including NHS hospitals, GP practices and in physiotherapy private practice, gaining general experience rotating around the hospitals in Liverpool before specialising in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders in 1992, completing an MACP accredited course in 1994. After the arrival of her children, Kate concentrated her work in the private sector, and more recently within the NHS for Aintree NHS Trust. Kate enjoys working in all areas of musculoskeletal problems, having a particular interest in the ‘dreaded shoulder joint’.
In her spare time Kate enjoys ‘the good life’ managing her polytunnel or attending to her chickens and bees.
Jane Galbraith BSc Hons, MCSP, AACP
Jane qualified as a Physiotherapist at Keele University in 1996. Since then she has worked within the NHS and private sector in Hospitals and GP practice. Although she specialises in all aspects of musculoskeletal problems, she has a particular interest in the treatment of post-operative patients and pelvic health patients. She also practices acupuncture and has been a member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists for over 20 years.
Jane currently works in a busy musculoskeletal out-patient Department assessing and providing treatment to a wide range of conditions referred from Consultants and GP's. She enjoys being involved in the supervision of students from local Universities and also junior staff members.
In her spare time Jane enjoys going to gym classes, Pilates, walking, cooking and spending time with her family and friends.
Steph Morgan MSCP
Steph is a great lover of mountain pursuits, everything from long distance hiking to snowboarding and running. She regularly runs and hikes in the Lake District and has completed many of the world’s greatest long distance treks including The Annapurna Circuit and the Everest Base Camp treks in Nepal and the Tour de Mont Blanc. She has a great amount of experience treating musculoskeletal injuries and understands how frustrating it is to be out of action.
Steph graduated in Physiotherapy from Salford University in 1994. She has extensive experience working within NHS musculoskeletal clinics in both the outpatient department and within orthopaedic hospital settings where she continues to practice part time. She spent eight years working for the Ministry of Defence treating everything from skiing, running and sports injuries to back pain and combat injuries. She has completed extensive post-graduate training in her speciality of both upper limb and lower limb musculoskeletal injury.
She has expertise in treating any part of the body but, as a keen hiker and runner has a special interest in lower limb injuries.

Jen Hilldrup BSc Hons MSCP
After graduating from York St. John in 2017, Jen has gained a breadth of experience working across The Cayman Islands, London and the North of England. From collaborating with orthopedic surgeons and international sports teams, Jen prides herself on her expertise in post-surgical rehabilitation and high-contact sports injuries, also having niche specialties in TMJ dysfunction, vestibular rehabilitation and regenerative therapy rehabilitation e.g. stem cell therapy, PRP. Jen also enjoys carrying out home visits to patients who are struggling with mobility and functionality. Jen has a consistent approach when working with her patients: transparency, efficiency and uplifting. A combined method of varied hands-on therapy and progressive exercise rehabilitation with clear expectations and guidance from the start is how Jen maintains strong rapport and trust with her patients.
When not working, Jen enjoys playing the piano, dabbling in watercolour painting and going to festivals and concerts.

Ellie Jones BASRaT
Ellie is level 4 qualified in Sports massage therapist, Manual therapy techniques, Taping, Neurodynamics and Strength and Conditioning alongside other techniques from her BSc (Hons) Sport Rehabilitation degree course at the University of Cumbria. She is BASRaT accredited and her placements as a massage and rehabilitation therapist included working at rugby league teams; St Helens RLFC men’s and women’s first teams, and with runners at various events including the Brathay 10 marathons in 10 days and Steve Cram training camps.
In her spare time Ellie looks after 2 horses, 4 alpacas and dogs, and enjoys a good bit of telly.

Cathie Morrow MCSP
Cathie trained at Liverpool College of Physiotherapy, qualifying in 1992. She started work at Aintree Hospitals in 1992 and has worked there ever since! As well as continuing with her NHS work, Cathie has also worked within the private sector in Ormskirk and Aigburth Physiotherapy Practices, joining Lathom Physiotherapy Centre in 2008.
Specialising in musculoskeletal physiotherapy since 1994, Cathie attended the MACP weekend courses in 1995, and has also studies acupuncture since 1995. In 1997 she took six months out to travel Australia in a camper van. In her current role as an Extended Scope Practitioner Cathie’s NHS work involves triaging patients with musculoskeletal conditions, she has a special interest in spinal conditions, trigger points and acupuncture, as well as dizziness and balance problems, which she has treated since 1994. Cathie also has an interest in education and is involved with both student and post-graduate physiotherapy training.
Outside of work her main hobby is running, with the greatest highlight on finishing the London Marathon in 2007, without stopping or keeling over!

Jean McCluskey MCSP, Honorary Fellow of the MACP
Having qualified as a physiotherapist at Withington School of Physiotherapy in 1982 Jean worked at Whiston Hospital until 1991, from 1989 until 1991 she held the post of Superintendent Musculoskeletal Practitioner, with specific roles in staff training and the development of physiotherapy within G.P. practice premises. Jean opened Lathom Physiotherapy Centre in 1991, whilst she continued to work with Halton Health Authority from 1991-1993.
Jean has had extensive experience in teaching, clinical supervision and examining at pre and post-graduate level, lecturing on pre-graduate courses at Salford, Keele and Liverpool Schools of Physiotherapy, on post-graduate courses at Manchester Schools of Physiotherapy, and various post-graduate courses throughout the UK.
Jean has also been involved in the Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists having been MACP Vice-Chairman, Treasurer, Northern Branch Chairman and Chairman MACP Membership Committee. In 2006 Jean was given Honorary Fellowship of the MACP for her work in the further advancement of manual therapy. In her spare time Jean enjoys reading, playing golf and the gym.
Ged McCluskey
After 30 years in the IT industry, Ged joined us in November 2013 to review and enhance the management of the practice. This allowed Jean to concentrate on treating patients rather than the ever increasing admin tasks associated with running a successful business. Ged is always happy to help with any queries you may have regarding the Physiotherapy Practice or treatments we offer.
In his spare time he enjoys playing golf, tending to the garden and getting in his 10,000 steps a day walking Alfie, the family dog.

Katherine McCluskey
Katherine has always had an interest in the business as the name may give it away she is Jean and Ged’s Daughter and has helped out in the clinic since 2010. Katherine left to attend university which she graduated in 2018 with a 2:1 BA(Hons) in Photography. Since graduating Katherine has worked within the Fraud department at Santander and at Arnold Clark for a short time, before returning to work at Lathom Physiotherapy centre.
In her spare time Katherine enjoys spending time with her friends, family and two cats; Felicity and Frank and her two snakes; Stan-Lee and Samara, she also enjoys travelling and exploring new places and photographing her travels.

Part Time Chartered Physiotherapist
Due to continued business growth, we are looking for an experienced Chartered Physiotherapist to join our team. We are open between 08:00 and 21:00 on weekdays, and 07:00 to 16:00 on a Saturday, and will endeavor to be flexible in matching working hours to your availability but ideally wanting to work evenings and weekends.
Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years Post Grad MSK experience.
MACP membership (or currently in training) and Acupuncture would be desirable.
